I cannot believe that we are almost done with June and summer is here in Northern CA. The last 6 months have been challenging and eyeopening at the same time. Huge thanks to the Challenged Athletes Foundation NorCal and Elevate Golf Academy collaborating providing a series of golf clinics, which gave me more opportunities to improve my game. In April, I was slated to participate in 2 adaptive golf tournaments but due to health issues, I had to pull out. The time off allowed me new insights/perspectives on the importance of rest & reset. I love the sense of freedom and purpose God’s blessed me with several opportunities to share my gifts and talents. Creating new artwork is at the top of the list! Here is a recent artwork (acrylic watercolor marker on wood panel) that I did for a High Fives Foundation’s fundraiser. The founder, Roy Tuscany, and his wife are friends and I admire & respect the work they have done and continue to do in providing critical support for individuals living with traumatic injuries. The most critical support is creating a solid and loving community. Thanks guys! xoxo
